Empowering Communities

I’m Zibora Gilder, MSW, a dynamic speaker, social entrepreneur, and accessibility strategist committed to transforming how we think about equity, inclusion, and access.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in American Sign Language from Lamar University and a Master of Social Work from Howard University, where I was recognized as Social Work Student of the Year (2025).

With over a decade of leadership in the Deaf, Disability, and BIPOC communities, I blend lived experience with professional expertise to spark change from the classroom to the boardroom.
